Your training voyage will begin with online discovery through AHA’s Global Learning Community , World Campus. Share our passion for excellence and develop your "a ha!" while completing the online seminars and self-study requirements focusing on: dynamics of the cruise industry, guest service excellence, professional attitude training, cultural awareness and teamwork skills. Upon successful completion, you will have the unique opportunity to complete your training experience at sea on board Princess Cruise Lines. Accomplished cruise line professionals will guide you through live seminars, presentations and hands on activities.
