Certificate Programs for Universities
Institutional Study Grant

Description
The Grant comes in the form of financial assistance extended to an AHA World Campus Institutional Partner (the Grant Recipient) that allows it to offer specific AHA Online Certificate courses to hospitality and tourism students in their school/region, at a minimal fee. This is in line with the thrust of AHA World Campus to extend the benefits of online instruction to hospitality and tourism students who are unable to afford the regular cost of AHA online courses, thereby allowing them the opportunity to avail of the benefits of online instruction, which they could not otherwise afford, due to economic limitations.

Who can apply for a grant?
An academic institution offering hospitality and tourism program/s, located in a region in a country regarded as economically unable to pay the regular cost of AHA online certificate courses. The Grant recipient institution must demonstrate strong interest and capability to offer AHA Online Courses to its students, and to students within the region where it is located.

Grant Duration
The Grant is given for a specified period not to exceed two years, after which The Grant Committee shall undertake an evaluation. Extension of The Grant may be given, depending on the evaluation conducted by the Grant Committee.
