iCoach was developed for students wanting to transform their hospitality internships from curricular requirement to a powerful springboard for career success. American Hospitality Academy (AHA), has created iCoach to ensure you optimize your internship and get the competitive advantage you deserve.

You've worked hard in school, you've found a good internship, and you're excited about getting your first dose of "hospitality reality". AHA wants to make sure you get every ounce of useful experience out of your internship.

Global Internship Classroom and Community

Besides the wealth of online material, we enroll you into iCoach's Global Internship Classroom, so you can interact with interns from around the world. Compare notes about your internships, celebrate successes and share tips. Many of your internship colleagues will become your friends and valued contacts as the years pass.

Additionally you will belong to eCafé, AHA's online global community which connects you to a wider hospitality network of industry professionals and educators providing a truly international experience.

Upon successful completion of the program, students receive their International Internship Certificate from AHA, a valuable line in their resume and documentation of professional development.
